How do I access my course after paying?
Once your payment is successful, your course unlocks instantly on our secure learning platform (powered by Graphy). Log in with the email you used at checkout to start learning. If you don't see your course, check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation email, or write to us.
Which devices can my child use?
Talyzo works in any modern web browser on a laptop, desktop, tablet, or phone. A dedicated app is on the way to the Google Play Store.
What age and class is Talyzo for?
Talyzo is designed for Class 2 children (ages 6–8), with Olympiad-style reasoning that suits curious learners and Olympiad aspirants.
Do questions come with help?
Yes — every question includes a hint and a full explanation, so your child is never stuck. This is the heart of how Talyzo builds confidence.
Are there quizzes and mock papers?
Yes. Each topic has practice quizzes, and there are Olympiad-style mock sample papers to build exam confidence.
I forgot my password / can't log in.
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it. Still stuck? Email care@talyzo.in with the registered email address and we'll help.
How do I get a payment receipt?
A payment receipt is generated automatically at checkout and emailed to you. If you need another copy, email care@talyzo.in with your order details and we'll resend it.
